JOHN FAHY
John has served the interests of Woolwich Riverside residents for the last 16 years. During this time he has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life and maximise investment in the
area.
If re-elected on May 4th, John will continue to actively represent the interests of residents. He will work with colleagues to establish a new secondary school in the area and will work to increase
the life chances of school children. He will continue to argue the case for improved facilities for young people and the creation of new jobs and opportunities for those still excluded from the
benefits of regeneration.
John is a former Trade Union Official with USDAW and is a member of the Cooperative Party. He is currently a governor of Cardwell School, a board member of Charlton Triangle Homes, Woolwich YMCA,
and the Clockhouse Community Centre. John is also co-chair of the Greenwich Fairtrade Group.
